PTI leader advises Maryam Nawaz to ‘quit politics’
LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Aliya Hamza Malik advised Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior vice president Maryam Nawaz to quit politics and focus on ‘running a household’, ARY News reported on Sunday. In a statement, Aliya Hamza said that the PML-N leader was ‘still shocked’ from PTI’s yesterday power show at Minar-e-Pakistan. Referring to Maryam Nawaz’s allegations, she said that PTI chairman Imran Khan’s ‘facilitators’ were people of Pakistan and he was ‘ladla (blue-eyed)’ of the nation. She also challenged the PML-N leader of giving a speech on her performance. The PTI leader also criticised Maryam for ‘stealing watches’ from Toshakhana and selling, seeking accountability of Nawaz Sharif for taking BMW car for Rs0.6 million.
